We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note that return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Watch straps, as they are considered consumables

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aolovsson.com, including photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a suitable solution.

Final note

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as the customer is responsible for the return until it reaches us.
