We process and ship orders within approximately 4 business days within Sweden.

Returns (Sweden)

If you wish to return your watch, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@aolovsson.com, and we will guide you through the return process.

To be eligible for a return:

• The watch must be unused and unworn

• It must be returned in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the return until it reaches us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that straps are considered consumables and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
